Om Balance Therapy is an integrative and holistic specialist trauma practice that offers a safe space to start your healing journey. 

Om Balance Therapy Goal

Om balance therapy’s goal is to provide a unique service that is ethical, effective and research-based. All treatments are tailor-made to your individual needs whilst providing an empathetic, culturally and faith-affirming service. 

The therapist will create a safe environment to explore the root causes of your presenting symptoms caused by trauma or adverse life circumstances. Subsequently, your mental, emotional and behavioural imbalances (i.e. overactive thinking, feelings and beliefs) will be explored, paving the way for you to bring these into equilibrium.

Jurate has many years of experience with mental health and this shows. After years of counselling and taking medication, I came to the session at the point of giving up.
