Therapy Sessions
At Om Balance Therapy, sessions run weekly or fortnightly and are currently taking place online via Zoom until further notice.
Each session lasts around 60-90 minutes and includes homework exercises to be completed by you.
Information for Bookings
Before booking a therapy session, all NEW clients are advised to book a pre-therapy consultation. The consultation is an opportunity to discuss your therapy needs, have any general queries answered and arrange a treatment schedule with the therapist. The consultation is free of charge and will last up to 15 mins.
Some questions you could consider asking during the consultation:
- What to expect from therapy?
- Is trauma therapy right for my situation?
- What is the therapy fee? Are there pricing plans in place?
- What is the therapist's availability, and do you have appointment times suitable for me?
- What will happen during my first session?
